STEVE LASTOWSKI

If you are in the market to sell or purchase a new home, a "fixer-upper", a second home, or an investment opportunity, I can help you with all your real estate needs. My current specialization is in residential re-sales for buyers and sellers, new home construction, and land sales in Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla and Franklin counties. I also have real estate contacts in all parts of Florida. I will help you through the entire process of listing or buying property, appraisals, financing and closing.

Todd Robuck is a native of Tallahassee. He will specialize in land, new construction, re-sales and coastal properties. Todd is a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chamber Ambassador. Member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

LARRY FABIANO

ABOUT LARRY

Larry Fabiano has lived in Tallahassee since December of 1980, when he moved from Orlando via a promotion with Ryder Truck Rental. He now calls Tallahassee his home town. For several years, Larry has owned and operated two businesses including a temporary employment service (Norrell Temporary Services) and a moving company (Gabriel's Moving Service, Inc.).

Through the years, Larry has also bought and sold numerous homes, rental properties, beach houses and commercial properties. He continues to own and manage rental property today.

His experience in business, real estate and finance will give his clients an advantage to finding the right property for either investing or for personal use.
